London Fashion Weekend
Just as the madness of London Fashion Week subsides, so London Fashion Weekend begins. A fashionista’s dream, expect designer shopping galore alongside styling and pampering, catwalk shows and first-hand insider knowledge from leading fashion experts.
If vintage is more your thing, get yourself down to the Clerkenwell Vintage Fashion Fair on 14 September 2014 for the LFW Vintage Fashion Fair. Source one-off fashion pieces that you won’t find on the high street, before settling in for a cream tea and jazz-fest.
Perfectly timed for the end of London Fashion Week, the Fashion and Textile Museum launches it latest exhibition Knitwear: Chanel to Westwood on 19 September 2014. Journeying through knitwear from the 20th century, it in turn charts the influences of movements such as pop, punk and deconstruction.
